PURPOSE

Re-establish operational awareness of Aurora following several months of real-world priorities including tribunal preparation, housing stability, contract work, domain management, VPN development, and SPRAXXX infrastructure expansion.

CURRENT OBSERVATIONS

- Aurora public route remains operational. - Aurora beta lane remains operational. - Aurora voice lane remains operational. - Doctrine and policy structures remain present. - Memory and guest ledger structures remain present. - Artifact export structures remain present.

KNOWN FACTS

- Production services exist and are running. - Historical HI and MI reports exist. - Historical reports require classification before being treated as current truth. - Not all Aurora concepts are confirmed active in production.

LESSONS OBSERVED

- Real-world obligations interrupted development. - Infrastructure growth continued despite interruptions. - Several Aurora concepts appear to have survived under SPRAXXX operational practices. - HI / MI / PI classification remains actively useful.

- Which Aurora modules are actively executed? - Which Aurora modules are historical artifacts? - Which concepts survived and evolved into SPRAXXX systems? - Which concepts should be preserved, simplified, archived, or retired?
