Legal
Plain boundaries. Clear use. No tricks.
This page sets the basic public legal boundary for SPRAXXX.
It exists so the work can remain open enough to be seen, but not so loose that it can be quietly taken, misrepresented, or used against the builder.
Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, original text, structure, wording, branding, doctrine pages, design, and project-specific materials published through SPRAXXX are claimed as original work or controlled project material connected to SPRAXXX and its operator.
Access to public material does not transfer authorship, control, or reuse rights beyond what law and explicit permission allow.
Origin, authorship, and source should not be stripped, blurred, or reassigned.
SPRAXXX material is not offered as free raw inventory for scraping, cloning, resale, model training, deceptive reuse, or impersonation.
Permitted public use
- reading publicly available pages
- linking to public pages in ordinary good-faith ways
- quoting short portions with fair attribution where lawful
Not permitted
- misrepresenting SPRAXXX as your own work
- copying substantial original material without permission
- using project material to deceive, impersonate, harass, or exploit
- automated extraction beyond ordinary respectful access
- using access to public material as claimed consent for hidden downstream use
Machine and system use
SPRAXXX is being built with an explicit concern for truthful machine-human work. That means public visibility of material should not be treated as blanket permission for ingestion into untrusted systems, deceptive automation, or derivative systems that erase origin.
Visibility is not abandonment.
Where disputes arise, timestamps, receipts, archives, and related artifacts may be used to establish continuity and authorship.
No guarantee / evolving project
SPRAXXX is a living build. Public pages may change, expand, harden, or become more specific over time. Nothing on this page should be read as surrender of rights or permission beyond what is plainly stated.
Plain rule
See clearly. Credit rightly. Do not steal. Do not distort. Do not quietly turn another man's work into your inventory.
